Cấu hình modem wifi Zoom X6 bị nhảy liên tục, ko lưu được cấu hình, help!! ???
Em dùng cái modem Zoom X6 cũng ổn định được hơn 1 năm, vừa hết bảo hành 2, 3 tháng thì nó bị nhảy cấu hình các bác ạ. Em dùng mạng mega VNN , lúc tắt modem đi , ngày mai dùng thì cái phần cài đặt PPOE nhảy sang PPoA, LLC nhảy samg VC MUX ....kết quả là em ko vào được mạng Internet nữa..Lúc đầu thì em chịu khó cài lại , nhưng giờ nó giở chứng lắm ạ, đựoc một tí nó lại nhảy cấu hình ..
Hôm nọ em mang đến chỗ bán bảo người ta xem cho, nhưng ở đó người ta thay cấu hình rồi tắt đi , bật lại cấu hình vẫn ok , người ta bảo vẫn lưu được cấu hình, ko sao cả ..thế là em lại mang về nhà, dùng được một lát nó lại nhảy cấu hình , ko vào được internet, again...hix ..
Các bác chỉ cho em xem phải làm thế nào, có sửa được không? sửa ở đâu ? ..Liệu có phải cái cấu hình lưu ý nó có cái pin gì không, mà lúc ở chỗ bán thì pin vẫn còn khỏe nên còn lưu được? về nhà dùng được một lát nó hết pin nó lại nhảy cấu hình ko a?
Nhờ các bác giúp em với, em biết ơn lắm lắm ạ..
P/S : Trong trường hợp ko thể sửa được, có thể mua cái router nào để lắp vào cái Zoom X5 phát wifi được vì em thì dùng laptop ở tầng dưới, thằng cu em dùng desktop ở tầng trên .

This Firmware Upgrade is only for use with the Zoom ADSL X6 Model 5590/5590AF/5590BF.
** IMPORTANT NOTE **
If your Zoom X6 currently has the 2.1.3 code and you are not experiencing any problems with your connections, we do not recommend upgrading. If you choose to upgrade, we recommend you download the 2.1.3 version to your hard drive. Should you experience difficulties with connecting to your ISP after upgrading, you can reinstall the 2.1.3 version.
FIRMWARE UPGRADE PROCEDURE
1. Connect a computer directly into the Zoom X6 modem via an Ethernet cable. Do not attempt to upgrade the modem's firmware over a wireless connection or through another router!
2. Unplug the ADSL line from the back of the modem. Also unplug the Ethernet (LAN) cables EXCEPT for the computer where you will be upgrading from.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Close all open programs, including instant messaging applications.
5. If you have anti-virus, firewall and/or Internet security software installed, it is recommended that you turn these programs off. Also disable the pop-up blocker feature in your web browser (or other application).
6. Access the Zoom Configuration Manager by double-clicking on the Zoom icon on your desktop. If the Zoom icon is not there, then open your web browser and go to the X6's LAN IP address (by default this is http://10.0.0.2).
The default User Name and Password are:
User Name = admin
Password = zoomadsl (where "l" is a lowercase letter L)
7. To prevent wireless traffic from possibly interfering with the firmware upgrade, please disable the modem's wireless feature:
a.) Click the Advanced Setup icon.
b.) Change Wireless Status to Disable.
c.) Click Save Changes and then Write Settings to Flash.
8. After you load this firmware upgrade, you will be required to do a hard factory reset. For this reason, we advise that you write down or take screenshots of the X6's Basic Setup and any other pages you made changes on.
9. Load the firmware file:
a.) Click the Advanced Setup button.
b.) Under Administration, click Firmware Update. The Firmware Update page appears.
c.) Click Browse... (or Choose File).
d.) Locate and select the file named "Zoom-X6-Ver-2.1.5-xx-http-upload.tar" and then click Open (or Choose). Note: In some cases this file name may be truncated.
e.) Click the Image Upload button. The Updating process begins.
f.) Do not interrupt the firmware loading process! Please wait until the web page status changes to "Firmware Update Complete." This process may take several minutes.
10. When prompted to reboot, click the Reboot button. Please wait until the LINK light starts to blink again. This process takes about 45 seconds.
11. You must perform a hard reset to the X6:
a.) Insert a paperclip into the recessed RESET button (located on the X6's back panel) and press the button several times fast until the STATUS light turns on (red).
b.) In a few seconds the STATUS will turn off and then the modem will reboot. Please wait until the LINK light starts to blink again.
12. To confirm a successful firmware upgrade, go to the modem's System Status page and check that the Firmware Version is "Zoom Ver X6 2.1.5-xx."
Note: If the web page displays "action canceled" or "page cannot be displayed," you may need to close and re-open your web browser.
13. Now you may reconnect the cables and re-enter your modem's configuration. Remember to click the Save Changes and Write Settings to Flash buttons. If you disabled anti-virus software and any other programs or features, you may now turn them back on.
